Therefore, mealtime is an excellent opportunity to incorporate romance. As you plan your weekly schedule and daily meals take the time to include dessert. Here is a delicious one to try:
CHOCOLATE ECSTASY MOUSSE
4 ½ ounces chocolate pieces
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)
Preparation:
Pour heavy cream into medium bowl and whip until thickened, refrigerate. Using double boiler, combine chocolate and butter until creamy. Remove from heat and let stand until warm (just above room temperature).
Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat egg whites until slightly foamy. Add sugar beat until soft peaks form.
Mix egg yolks into
warm chocolate. Add 1/3 whipped cream and Grand Marner, combine. Gently fold in half of egg whites at a time, do not over mix. Combine the rest of the whipped cream. Refrigerate up 8 hours or overnight.

Seductive Suggestion
Skip the serving dishes and leave the topping mixture in bowl. Place bowl into the refrigerator to chill. When ready to serve spread topping mixture on you and serve!
